  4. Hydroquinone cream 2% – 2 tbsp
Method:
Mix all above ingredients in glycerine, make smooth cream. Keep refrigerated. Apply twice a day on your face. Along with this treatment, take the below mixture for best results.
For mixture:
  1. Citric acid powder – 2 tbsp
  2. Coram seeds – 1 pinch
  3. Dry ginger – 1 piece
  4. Lemon – 2
  5. Lahori salt – to taste
  6. Cider vinegar – as required
Method:
Mix citric acid powder, dry ginger, lemon and salt. Keep refrigerated. Mix 1 tsp of this mixture and ½ tsp of cider vinegar in 1 glass of warm water. Take every day before breakfast. Use SPF 15 or 30 or apply sun block while going out in sun. Take fruit, milk and vegetables.
Get Rid of Pimples Due to Makup and Oily Foods
This mask and scrub perfect for acne and pimples due to makeup and excess of oily foods.  Take steam then scrub your face and apply mask.

Ingredients for scrub:
Lahori salt or sea salt – 1 tbsp
Alum powder – 1 pinch

You need to make drink:

  1. Mint leaves – 30
  2. Cinnamon – 1 pinch
  3. Bay leaf – 1
  4. Ginger – ¼ tsp
  5. Sugar candy – to taste
Mix all above ingredients, blend well. Cook in a pan and let it cool down, add ice according to your choice.  Take 1 glass every day. Along with this drink use homemade mask. With this treatment you will get rid of pimples, acne and dark spots due to pimples.

Ingredients:
  1. 2 to 3 days old milk – 1 tbsp
  2. Turmeric powder – 1 pinch

Before breakfast:
Take 1 glass of warm water with honey, Ispaghol Husk, lemon juice, cumin seeds, ground fennel seeds and cider vinegar.
Breakfast:
Take oat cereal with almond, pistachio and mix fruit in skimmed milk or fruit and 2 cake Rusk or 2 boiled eggs or fry in 1 tsp oil, along with tea without sugar or brown sugar.
At 11 O’clock:

  5. Semolina – 1 tbsp
Fry all above ingredients in oil and take 1 tbsp three times a day with milk. Also take 1/2 paratha with condensed milk.

With this homemade whitening lotion, your loose skin will tighten, also suitable for itchy skin, dry skin, anti-wrinkle, color complexion, aging process will slow, joint painback pain, armpit, knee, elbow darkness, cracked heels. Along with this, eat citrus fruits, like pomegranate, orange. Drink lots of milk with turmeric powder and water.
Ingredients
  1.  Barley Crushed – 1/4 cup
  2.  Aloe Vera gel – 3 tsp
  3.  Brown sugar – 2 tbsp
  4.  Lavender oil or jasmine oil – 1 tsp
  5.  Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
  6.  Honey – 4 tbsp
  7.  Sweet almond oil – 2 tbsp
  8.  Sea Salt – 1 tbsp
  9.  Triamcinolone Cream (with tea tree oil) – 5gm
Method
Take a pan, add all above ingredients and cream together and cook for about 2-3 minutes. When it´s done,take out in a bowl after cooling it down to room temperature refrigerate.
Apply this lotion 2 hours before having bath for best results and massage. Not suitable for face and neck. Not recommended for under 12 years.
